The House That Jack Built | Media Scope | Syful Thakur

The House that Jack built (2018)
Dir: Lars von Trier

The film starts with a conversation between two men, Jack and Verge. Jack is a psychopath serial killer. He believes himself as an artist. He believes that what he has done is an art.

while we are watching his killing experience, mainly it was a flashback of his five killing career which he is told to Verge on the background.

Between conversation, Jack tries to explain why he is killing people, tries to explain the reason of killing and verge tries to explain that it is not that way what he is thinking now.

Here Matt Dillons performing as a serial killer. He was a great actor in '90s. As a brilliant actor, he is done a good job in this film. His expression the way he talked just amazed me.

Verge character is played by Bruno Ganz. We didn't see him in the whole film, we just heard his mighty voice and spiritual speech. At the end of this film, we can able to see him.

This fil has lots of violence. Von Trier shows some grisly offensive murderous seen which a soft hearten people cannot bear. So if you are soft-hearted you can avoid.
